No matter your fitness goals, a personal trainer will no doubt, help you get there. But, not all trainers are created equal. The trainers at Menomonie Health & Fitness are second to none. They will work with you to design an individualized workout program for your YOUR goals. Our trainers will take past/current injuries, fitness level and history with exercise into consideration when designing your program.
Semi-Private/Small Group Training
One size DOES NOT fit all, but with our Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions/Small Group Sessions, you can get individualized coaching from our Certified Training Staff while being challenged, encouraged and motivated by a small group of your friends and/or other session attendees. With several different types of sessions/workouts will be offered during the week, with different classes being added to the schedule as the demand arises.
