Faith Langford

InsanitY Instructor 

Faith has been instructing group fitness classes since becoming certified in 2017.  Previously she has taught at Gold’s Gym in Eau Claire, UW Stout, and D2 before coming to Menomonie Health & Fitness.  She specializes in cardio HIIT, and has experience in core conditioning, stretching, and strength fitness.  She currently teaches "Insanity" every Friday morning.  Faith’s favorite hobby is raising monarchs in the summer.  You may find her searching for eggs in various patches of milkweed throughout Menomonie!

Vannella Englund

Total Body  Instructor 

Vannella Englund owns Menomonie Health and Fitness with her husband John. She has been teaching group fitness since 2002 when she earned her certification for Group Exercise Instructor from NETA. She also has certifications in NDEITA Total Body Conditioning, ACE Nutrition for Health & Performance and NETA Kettlebells. She graduated from UW-Stout with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies in 2005 and MS is Training and Development in 2006. In addition to teaching classes she works full time as a property manager and keeps their family of 3 girls organized!

Daisy Pignetti

Mat Pilates & ZUmba instructor

Daisy Pignetti started ballet, tap and jazz dance lessons at the age of six, was an apprentice with the New Orleans Ballet Ensemble and performed in various musical theater productions during high school, and then went on to earn a minor in ballet at Loyola University-New Orleans. There she met the directors of the Komenka Ethnic Dance and Music Ensemble and joined their folkdance company which toured France, Hungary, and Bulgaria in 1997, 1999, and 2003.

Daisy has been a Zumba instructor for 10 years and recently added an Aqua Zumba license to her list of specialties. She also teaches Mat Pilates every Monday morning, which is an amazing way to start the week!  When not at the gym, she is a Professor of English at UW-Stout, and when she's not grading papers, she's dancing around her kitchen to her favorite disco & house music tunes.

Zach Anderson

SPIN Instructor 

Zach Anderson is a licensed group fitness instructor.  He began teaching spin class in September 2022 after realizing he needed to get in better shape.  A long time cyclist (who had been off the bike for a bit too long) decided to help others get in shape at the same time.  Zach has lived in Menomonie for much of his adult life.  After taking a break from the grind of the corporate world, Zach is teaching spin class, watching his two young girls, and teaching homeschool.  In the summer Zach will frequently be found riding any of his 3 bikes.  (Mountain bike, road bike, and cruiser!).  If you have any other questions about spin class, MHF, cycling indoors or outdoors, just ask!  Zach will try to help!
