Whether you are brand new to the gym, an experienced athlete, or anyone in between - our variety of plans and experienced team of trainers will build you a unique program tailored to you and your goals! 

Each personal training package begins with a FREE 30 minute consultation where you and your trainer will discuss your goals, health history, and more. As a team you will collaborate to create a 100% customized program to fit your goals, needs, and abilities.

Megan Manor

personal trainer and Personal Training Manager

"My goal is to help others sustain and enjoy well rounded lives!"

Megan Manor is our East Location Manager, Personal Training Coordinator and a Personal Trainer Herself. She graduated in 2020 from Dakota County Technical College with an Associates Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She continued her education at the University of Concordia St. Paul and received a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science along with a minor in Biology in 2022. Megan completed her personal training certification in 2022 with the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA).  Since 2014 Megan has been learning the ins and outs of what it means to be consistent in the gym. During this time she became more familiar with strength training and personally experienced the importance it has within our bodies. She loves sharing her knowledge of how to become comfortable in the gym and determine what sustainability looks like in each individual. Megan's goal as a trainer is to help others sustain and enjoy well rounded lives.

Mariel Schneider

Personal Trainer 

"I’m here for you with movement that meets you exactly where you are."

Mariel Schneider graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in both International Studies and Dance in 2020. She earned her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2020 and her ACE Personal Training Certification in early 2023. Mariel danced professionally with the Li Chiao-Ping Dance (LCPD), from 2020-2022. She also taught with dance outreach organization, Performing Ourselves, which empowers youth & builds resilience through dance & creative movement from 2018-2022. She currently teaches Strength Training and Yoga at MFH in addition training private clients.

Mariel is passionate about creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for movement for all people! She embraces a holistic approach for healthy bodies & minds through movement coaching and customized programming to meet any body, any ability, and any goal. Ben Pierce ​

Personal Trainer 

"I am most passionate about helping other's reach their goals to improve our overall wellness!"

Ben Pierce is an exercise professional. Currently, he is a Pre-Physical Therapy student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, majoring in Rehabilitation Science. He earned his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in July of 2022. Ben's niche focuses on strength training, cardiorespiratory fitness, and body composition. In addition, his training services center on mastering fundamental movement patterns to improve wellness and activities of daily living. His passion for the fitness lifestyle is what strives him to help others achieve their goals!

Shar WillIamson

Personal Trainer

"Cultivating enthusiasm for fitness in others is my passion!"

Shar Williamson is a Certified Yoga Teacher, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACE Functional Exercise Specialist. Shar’s approach to overall fitness and health is holistic, linking functional exercise, yoga, and balanced nutrition. She focuses on individualized training with an understanding of personal needs and goals. Being a lifelong fitness enthusiast, cultivating this in others is her passion.

Shane Van ROO

Personal Trainer 

Shane joined the MHF  staff in December 2022. He graduated in spring of 2021 from Carroll University and has several years of experience in the exercise industry focused on sports & human performance. At Menomonie Health and Fitness. Shane is Co-Lead of the Youth Development Program, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and also is a member of the cleaning staff. As a former collegiate football player and current semi-pro player, he has well over a decade of experience with exercise and understands the mental and physical struggle with weight management, fatigue, and injury.
